I believe there are specific responsibilities of teachers to form effective teaching-learning. Firstly, educators must create a boundary line between education and teaching. Education may be a sort of knowledge and something valued that has to be transferred into the learner. Therefore the learner will utilize this knowledge. For example, reflecting on my one B.Tech class where students got many reading materials to read in two hours. The students have never studied that topic before, and therefore the terminologies were meaningless to them. No  “value is passed on,” and students have learned nothing beneficial, neither were they involved in educational activities. Whereas teaching involves many activities that an educator uses for learners, it would not help each student, and students won’t learn or find it meaningful.
